Job summary

Arcus FM Limited in Omagh is recruiting an In-Store Cleaning Manager for Sainsbury's Omagh. You’ll supervise the cleaning team, deliver a high-quality cleaning service in a busy retail environment, and carry out some cleaning tasks yourself.

Key duties include recruiting and training the team, planning rotas and timesheets for correct pay, and maintaining Health & Safety as the top priority on site. The role requires 37 hours over 6 days (Sunday off) with early morning shifts from 05:00.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising cleaning teams in a retail setting.
• Experience with stock management and time recording.
• Ability to handle employee relations matters such as investigations and disciplinary actions.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and train the Cleaning team and plan their rotas.
• Manage timesheets to ensure correct pay.
• Monitor and enforce Health & Safety on site and provide equipment as needed.
• Carry out cleaning tasks as required in a fast-paced retail environment.
