Job summary

Arcus FM seeks an In-Store Cleaning Manager for Sainsbury's Marsh Mills in Plymouth. You will supervise the cleaning team, deliver high-quality services in-store, and perform some cleaning tasks yourself.

You will recruit and train your team, plan rotas, record timesheets for accurate pay, and maintain strict health & safety on site. Flexibility is required to meet business needs in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experienced team manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Background in cleaning services or facilities management.
• Experience with stock management and time recording.
• Experience dealing with employee relations matters (investigations, disciplinaries, performance management).

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning team and ensure high-quality service in-store.
• Plan rotas and work patterns; complete timesheets for accurate pay.
