At Arcus, cleaners are a vital part of our company, and we are looking to recruit a part-time In-store Cleaner based in Sainsbury's Kinross store on a permanent basis. This role offers 24 hours per week at an hourly rate of £12.21. Immediate start is available.

Sainsbury’s stores are open 7 days a week, and at Arcus, we offer various shift patterns including 5 and 6 day working options. Shifts include early morning, morning, afternoon, and evening, with weekend work. The current shift pattern for this role is:

• Sunday: Day Off
• Monday: 06:00 - 10:00
• Tuesday: 06:00 - 10:00
• Wednesday: 06:00 - 10:00
• Thursday: 06:00 - 10:00
• Friday: 06:00 - 10:00
• Saturday: 06:00 - 10:00

You will also have opportunities to increase your hours through overtime.

Arcus cleaners take pride in keeping Sainsbury’s supermarkets clean and safe for customers. Daily cleaning tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Operating machinery
• Thorough cleaning activities such as mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping
• Cleaning toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows, or oven canopies inside the store
• Working outside to keep trolley bays clean and debris-free
• Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed

Arcus will support you with full training.

What will you need?

Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential, as on-the-job training will be provided. You should have an eye for detail and cleanliness, and maintain a positive attitude towards cleaning and customer service.
