At Arcus, cleaners are a vital part of our company, and we are looking to recruit a part-time In-store Cleaner based in Sainsbury's Drumchapel store on a permanent basis. 16 hours per week with an hourly rate of £12.21. Immediate start is available.

Sainsbury’s stores are open 7 days a week, and we offer various shift patterns with 5 and 6 day working options. Shifts include early morning, morning, afternoon, and evening, with weekend work. The current shift pattern for this role is:

• Sunday: 05:00-09:00
• Monday: 05:00-08:00
• Tuesday: Day Off
• Wednesday: Day Off
• Thursday: 05:00-08:00
• Friday: 05:00-08:00
• Saturday: 05:00-08:00

You will have opportunities to increase your hours through overtime.

Arcus cleaners take pride in keeping Sainsbury’s supermarkets clean and safe for customers. Tasks include but are not limited to:

• Operating machinery
• Thorough cleaning activities such as mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping
• Cleaning toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows, or oven canopies
• Working outside to keep trolley bays clean and debris-free
• Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed

We support you with full training.

What will you need?

Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential, as on-the-job training will be provided. You should have an eye for detail and cleanliness, and a positive attitude towards cleaning and customer service.
