John Lewis & Partners in Oxford is seeking a Brand Sponsored Partner who will deliver outstanding customer experiences, maintain store standards and support brand engagement. You will be part of a team that puts the customer first, helping drive loyalty to our brand.

The role offers varied full-time hours, 37.5 per week, with a pay rate of £13.91 per hour plus a Night Premium of £3.75 per hour for eligible hours between 22:00 and 06:00. This is a permanent position based in Oxford.

Qualifications

• Basic IT literacy is required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Delivering excellent and market leading customer experiences.
• Identify customer needs and resolve queries or complaints.
• Engage customers with John Lewis brand through personalised and social marketing.
• Monitor best sellers and sales performance to support promotions and newness.
• Assist in marketing events to drive footfall and recruit new customers.
• Suggest ideas to improve productivity and processes.
