Job summary

webuyanycar is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager in the Livingston area. You will lead branch operations, manage a customer-facing team, and drive performance targets while delivering exceptional service.

You’ll handle car appraisals, pricing negotiations, and closing deals, supported by a structured progression program. Training on our processes is provided, with bonuses linked to company performance and a strong customer-focus culture.

Qualifications

• Current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload; build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for customers and ensure the efficient running of the branch.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Carry out appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues across departments.
• When not buying cars, assist the transport department as required.

Job: Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required
