Job summary

webuyanycar is seeking a motivated Retail Branch & Transfer Manager to run a branch, manage appointments, and close vehicle deals while delivering excellent customer service. The role requires a proactive, independent worker with a solid track record in target-driven environments.

You will guide Sales Executives, liaise with back office, and contribute to ongoing branch growth as the company expands nationwide.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage workload.

Responsibilities

• Be main point of contact for customers and ensure branch smooth operation.
• Contact customers, book appointments, and meet targets.
• Conduct car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, deliver service.
• Coordinate with back office and colleagues for smooth workflows.
• Assist transport department when not buying cars.

Job: Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required

Requirements

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workloadBe able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
