Job summary

webuyanycar is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager in the Felixstowe area. The role oversees branch operations, drives sales targets, and ensures exceptional customer service across a busy car-buying site.

You will manage appointments, coordinate appraisals and negotiations, and work with back-office teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. A full UK driving licence and the ability to work a 42.5-hour week, including weekends, are essential.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence required.

• Strong administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for customers and ensure smooth branch operations.
• Contact customers and manage your diary to set appointments and hit targets.
• Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver first-class service.
• Coordinate with back-office and colleagues to streamline processes.
• Support the transport team when not buying cars.

Job: Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required

Requirements

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workloadBe able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
