Job summary

webuyanycar is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager in Chelmsford to lead a busy branch and drive performance in a fast-growing UK brand. You will manage customer-facing activities, coordinate transfers and appraisals, and deliver excellent service while meeting targets.

The role offers a base salary of £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220), plus a strong bonus scheme, with a 42.5-hour week on a 5-on/2-off rotation, including weekend work, and clear progression in a market-leading car-buying

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and telephone manner.
• Ability to work under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.
