webuyanycar is recruiting for a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager in the United Kingdom. The role offers a salary of £28,200 per year with an OTE of £35,220 and a generous bonus scheme.

You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational pattern of 5 days on and 2 days off, including weekends. The company emphasizes training, growth, and a market-leading brand with over 500 branches.

• Lead the day-to-day running of the Retail Branch and act as main point of contact for customers.
• Contact customers, schedule appointments, and work to meet targets.
• Conduct car appraisals, negotiate prices and close deals while delivering exceptional service.
• Coordinate with back-office and transport as required.

Job: Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, honest, service-driven individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required

Requirements

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
