Job summary

webuyanycar is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager to lead one of our customer-focused branches, driving daily operations, managing transfers and delivering exceptional service while meeting sales targets.

The role requires 42.5 hours per week on a rotational pattern of 5 days on, 2 days off, with weekend work. Salary is £28,200 per year with an OTE of £35,220 and a fantastic monthly and annual bonus based on company performance.

Qualifications

• Current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Strong administration and IT skills.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.

Responsibilities

• You are the main point of contact for customers and ensure efficient branch operation.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and targets.
• Conduct car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Liaise with back-office and colleagues to ensure smooth processes.
• Assist transport department when not buying cars as required.

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required

Requirements
