Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager in the Greater London area. The role commands a 42.5-hour week on a rotating 5 days on/2 days off schedule, with weekend work and attractive bonus potential based on performance.

You will oversee branch operations, drive car purchases, and ensure excellent customer service while coordinating with back-office teams. Prior experience in high-velocity, customer-facing roles is preferred.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving license required.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer-focused approach with excellent communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage own workload.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of the branches; you are the main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Carry out car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate with the back office and colleagues; assist the transport department when required.

About The Role

Job: Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Sala y: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required

Requirements

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
