WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager to lead a busy branch with a focus on customer service and achieving sales targets. The role includes overseeing 25.5 hours per week on a rotational pattern, including weekends, and coordinating car appraisals, pricing and deliveries.

The successful candidate will have a UK driving license, thrive in a target-driven environment, and excel in communication and organisation while working independently within a market-leading

Qualifications

• Current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manners.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Strong workload organisation and prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for customers at the branch.
• Contact customers, prioritise diary to meet targets.
• Conduct appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver excellent service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues.
• Assist the transport department when not buying cars.

About The Role

Job:Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary: £16,920 per year

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 25.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 3 days on 4 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Don't worry if you don't know anything about cars, we will teach you everything you need to know and so much more.

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required

Requirements

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
