Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager to lead one of our busy branches. The role offers a fixed salary of £22,560 and a 34-hour week on a 4-on-3-off rotating shift, with weekend work.

You will recruit, manage customer-facing teams, drive sales, appraisals and transfers, and work closely with back office and transport. A friendly, service-driven approach and the ability to work independently are essential, with generous bonus schemes and benefits.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience of working in a target driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure branches run smoothly; be the main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Perform appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues.
• Assist transport department when not buying cars.

About The Role

Job: Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary

Hours

You will work 34 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 4 days on 3 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required

Requirements:
