Job summary

Betfred Group Holdings Limited is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager for our retail shops. You will drive excellent customer service, manage betting transactions and promote our products and promotions to customers.

You’ll support promotional events, maintain a welcoming shop environment and work as part of a team to enhance the customer experience. Evening/weekend availability is required in this role.

Qualifications

• 18+ and right to work in UK.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Interest in sports betting helpful but not essential.
• Eagerness to learn and flourish within Betfred family.

Responsibilities

• Process customers’ bets in a timely and attentive manner.
• Attend to customer queries quickly and knowledgeably.
• Engage customers with knowledge of products and promotions.
• Support promotional events during sporting calendar.
• Maintain a welcoming, well-presented shop environment.
