You will support the Store Manager across service, safety, people and commercial performance, coach staff, manage stock, and help the unit run smoothly during busy periods. A clear progression path to Store Manager is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager in fast-paced retail or hospitality.
• Delivers high-quality customer service and welcoming experience.
• Leads on shift, coaches, and develops team.
