Savers in Middlesborough is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a busy retail team. You will manage day-to-day store operations across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends with a 39-hour week and a base salary of £31,600 per year plus a generous bonus scheme.

You’ll drive sales, coach staff, and ensure a welcoming environment for customers. Applicants should have 1+ years’ retail management experience, strong delegation skills, and a knack for building routines that maximise performance
