You will drive store performance by analyzing the business, delivering exceptional customer service, and overseeing opening and closing routines while guiding floorset updates and product knowledge. You will recruit, train, and engage team members, coach non-management staff, and manage scheduling, payroll, and stock control.

• Bachelor's Degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
