Job summary

You will drive sales by analyzing performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing daily store operations with a focus on efficiency and brand standards. You will lead recruiting, training and development, maintain visual merchandising, and leverage fashion knowledge to inspire the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Fluency in English and a strong customer focus.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
