Job summary

TUI Cruises GmbH is seeking a Travel Advisor for our Haverfordwest store. You will help customers select holidays, cruises, and UK breaks, delivering memorable experiences. Training will empower you to use systems and expand product knowledge, while joining a committed team in a busy retail environment.

You’ll work a varied shift pattern, including weekends and evenings, with a commission scheme and benefits to support your growth within the company.

• Willingness to adapt to changing shifts and store needs.

Responsibilities

• Inspire customers and colleagues to choose and buy holidays, cruises, and UK breaks.
• Aim to exceed sales targets; use available systems to process transactions.
• Interact face-to-face and virtually, resolving questions and complaints.
• Investigate issues when plans don’t go as expected and provide resolutions.
• Receive training on systems to enhance product knowledge and customer service.
