Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a Retail Assistant to welcome customers and guide their wellness choices in-store. You will recommend products, maintain high display standards, support promotions and collaborate with teammates to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Training will expand product knowledge and customer guidance capabilities. This permanent role offers 10 hours per week with a pay rate of £13.17 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to stay organised in a busy environment.
• Willingness to learn about health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their wellbeing goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves stocked and displays Merchandised to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions and maintaining store presentation and operational standards.
• Working with the team to achieve store goals and a positive shopping experience.
• Using a consultative approach to understand customer needs and propose in-store or online products.
• Completing our training to build product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.


• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.


• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.


• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.


• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.


• Use aconsultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.


• Completing ourQualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
