Job summary

Timpson group in Worthing is seeking a dedicated Retail Assistant to join full-time. You will help customers with personalized gifts, canvas prints, and photo items, delivering a welcoming experience with full training provided.

Working 40 hours across 5 days (including weekends), with probation and a weekly bonus scheme. Based at West Durrington (BN13 3FG), with opportunities to support nearby branches during training.

Qualifications

• No experience required; extensive training provided.

We pride ourselves on amazing our customers and encourage creativity with your day to day tasks including digital printing, making canvas wall art and personalized photo gifts. We specialize in photo ID and portrait photography where full training will be given.

You would enjoy multitasking and use your personality to make the customer experience memorable, turning first time customers into customers for life.

The job is more than a sales assistant and for the right person the role will be rewarding and enjoyable. Our business encourages a fun and buzzy atmosphere with energy and motivation being key.

If you are self-motivated, bonus hungry, keen to learn new skills and take pride in customer care, selling and possess high personal standards, you are the perfect person to join our team.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days, including weekends.

Starting salary is currently £26520.00 (£12.75 p/h) rising to at least £26624.00 (£12.80 p/h) upon passing the probationary period. You can also make the most of an uncapped weekly bonus scheme.

This role is based in our West Durrington branch (BN13 3FG) however candidates must be willing and able to get to other nearby branches when required, particularly for their initial 6 week training period.
