Job summary

Timpson Group in Scotland is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to join our team across Dunfermline, Kirkcaldy and Glenrothes branches. You will deliver excellent customer service, promote products, and participate in digital printing and personalized gifts tasks as training is provided.

Working 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 including weekends, with a starting salary of £26,520 and progression to £26,624 after probation; an uncapped weekly bonus scheme is available.

Qualifications

• No experience required; extensive training provided.
• Customer care focus and friendly approach required.
• Bonus scheme is uncapped and paid weekly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and create memorable experiences.
• Assist customers with product needs and upsell where appropriate.
• Support daily store operations at Fife branches (Dunfermline, Kirkcaldy, Glenrothes).

You would enjoy multitasking and use your personality to make the customer experience memorable, turning first time customers into customers for life.

The job is more than a sales assistant and for the right person the role will be rewarding and enjoyable. Our business encourages a fun and buzzy atmosphere with energy and motivation being key.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days, including weekends.

Starting salary is currently £26520.00 (£12.75 p/h) rising to at least £26624.00 (£12.80 p/h) upon passing the probationary period. You can also make the most of an uncapped weekly bonus scheme.

This role is based between our Fife Branches in locations such as our Dunfermline, Kirkcaldy and Glenrothes branches candidates must be willing and able to get to both branches as and when when required. A full UK driving licence and own transport would be benneficial.
