Job summary

Max Spielmann Ltd. is seeking a customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our Timpson-branded stores across the Dunfermline area. The role offers 40 hours per week, with shifts 5 days out of 7 including weekends, and full training on our services such as digital printing and personalized gifts.

You will help create memorable customer experiences, with opportunities for progression and an uncapped weekly bonus. No prior experience required as we provide extensive skill development and support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer care and sales across our product range.
• Assist with in-store services including digital printing and personalized gifts.
• Be flexible to work across Dunfermline, Kirkcaldy and Glenrothes branches as needed.

Job description

We pride ourselves on amazing our customers and encourage creativity with your day to day tasks including digital printing, making canvas wall art and personalized photo gifts. We specialize in photo ID and portrait photography where full training will be given.

You would enjoy multitasking and use your personality to make the customer experience memorable, turning first time customers into customers for life.

The job is more than a sales assistant and for the right person the role will be rewarding and enjoyable. Our business encourages a fun and buzzy atmosphere with energy and motivation being key.

If you are self-motivated, bonus hungry, keen to learn new skills and take pride in customer care, selling and possess high personal standards, you are the perfect person to join our team.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days, including weekends.

Starting salary is currently £26520.00 (£12.75 p/h) rising to at least £26624.00 (£12.80 p/h) upon passing the probationary period. You can also make the most of an uncapped weekly bonus scheme.

This role is based between our Fife Branches in locations such as our Dunfermline, Kirkcaldy and Glenrothes branches candidates must be willing and able to get to both branches as and when when required. A full UK driving licence and own transport would be benneficial.
