Thames Hospice is seeking a proactive Retail Assistant for our Maidenhead Homestore. You will create inviting displays, assist customers, process donations, and help keep the shop floor tidy while contributing to the charity’s fundraising goals.

The role requires a positive attitude, strong communication, reliability, and good physical stamina for handling furniture. It is a part-time, permanent position with benefits and employee supportive schemes.

Responsibilities

• Creating stunning displays: arranging furniture and homeware to welcome customers.

• Stock management: assisting with donations and keeping the shop floor tidy.
• Manual handling: assisting to lift and move furniture.
• Driving sales: contributing to daily/weekly targets for the charity.
