Guild Care is worthing's leading social care charity with 17 shops across West Sussex. We are seeking Retail Assistants to support daily shop operations at our Hove and Southwick stores, delivering compassionate service in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Ability to undertake reasonable lifting duties

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day running of Guild Care shops in Worthing area and at Hove/Southwick locations
• Provide excellent customer service and assistance to shoppers
• Help with stock handling, pricing, and store displays

About this role

Guild Care is Worthing's leading social care charity, and our wonderful charity shops play a vital role in supporting the services we provide to older people, those living with dementia, and children and adults with learning disabilities. With 17 shops across West Sussex, we're at the heart of the community - offering a wide range of quality second-hand goods, all while raising funds for our essential services.
