Job summary

Guild Care is recruiting for Retail Assistants for its Littlehampton and Rustington charity shops. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment, with responsibilities across till operation and stock maintenance.

The position is casual/part-time in shop locations, offering a supportive team and community impact. Compensation includes hourly pay (£12.71) and benefits as described in the job posting.

Qualifications

• Ability to undertake reasonable lifting duties.
• Literacy and numeracy skills are essential.
• Flexible attitude to work.
• Demonstrate good customer service skills.
• Ability to obtain a DBS check.

Guild Care is Worthing's leading social care charity, and our wonderful charity shops play a vital role in supporting the services we provide to older people, those living with dementia, and children and adults with learning disabilities. With 17 shops across West Sussex, we're at the heart of the community - offering a wide range of quality second-hand goods, all while raising funds for our essential services.
