Guild Care is Worthing's leading social care charity, operating vibrant charity shops in Littlehampton and Rustington. We are seeking Retail Assistants to support day-to-day operations, deliver friendly customer service, and help our community with quality second-hand goods.

Location: Littlehampton & Rustington stores. They offer a warm, inclusive environment with training and opportunities to develop retail skills while making a real difference in people’s lives.

Qualifications

• Ability to undertake reasonable lifting duties.
• Post Holder must be literate and numerate.
• Flexible attitude to work.
• Demonstrate good customer service skills.
• Ability to provide a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Check.
• Experience Handling Cash.
• Experience working towards targets.
• Experience working in a charity/retail shop.
• Basic IT skills.

Exciting opportunities have opened up as BANK Retail Assistants for both our Littlehampton & Rustington stores.
