Job summary

The Glades Shopping Centre, High Street, London Borough of Bromley – Holland & Barrett is hiring a Retail Assistant on a 12 month fixed-term contract for 18 hours per week, at £13.70 per hour. You will help customers find wellness products, deliver outstanding service and support promotions in a busy store.

You'll use tablets and digital tools, stay organised and work with your team to meet store goals. Training and wellbeing perks are provided, including discounts and health benefits.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering customer service.
• Keeping shelves stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring operational standards.
• Working with your team to achieve store goals and a positive shopping experience.
• Using a consultative approach to understand needs and recommend products (in store or online).
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build product knowledge and guidance.

• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
