Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Swansea is hiring a Retail Assistant for a 6-month fixed-term contract, 8 hours per week. You will welcome customers, help them find products, and deliver outstanding service in a friendly environment.

Training is provided to build product knowledge, with access to wellbeing resources and employee benefits. This role suits someone who enjoys health and wellness, works well in a team, and wants flexible, part-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
