Holland & Barrett is looking for a part-time Retail Assistant in Dundrum for a 3 month fixed-term contract, 20 hours per week, at €15.40 per hour. You’ll welcome customers, guide them to suitable wellness products and contribute to a positive shopping experience across promotions and store presentation.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
