Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant for our Wood Green store in London. You will welcome customers, help them choose products and provide friendly service that supports their wellness goals. You'll keep shelves tidy, assist with promotions and work with the team to ensure great in-store experiences.

Training and ongoing development are provided within a supportive environment. Previous retail experience is helpful; we value curiosity about health and willingness to learn.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
