Holland & Barrett is hiring a Retail Assistant in Wood Green, London, offering a permanent part-time role (10 hours per week) at £14.26 per hour. You’ll welcome customers, assist with product selection, stock shelves and support promotions to maintain an inviting, well-presented store.

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
