Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Northallerton is hiring a Retail Assistant on a permanent, part-time basis. You’ll help customers find products that fit their wellness goals and contribute to an inviting store environment.

The role is 10 hours per week at £13.17 per hour, with training, team support and a range of staff benefits.

You’ll work with colleagues to keep shelves stocked, run promotions and provide trusted health guidance to shoppers.

What you'll be doing

• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
