Job summary

Holland & Barrett on Byers Road in Glasgow is seeking a Retail Assistant to create welcoming, inspiring experiences for every customer. In this role, you’ll help customers select the right wellness products and provide friendly, informed service.

You’ll keep shelves stocked, support promotions and work with your team to hit store goals. Training will cover product knowledge and a consultative approach to guide customers in-store and online.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
