Holland & Barrett is seeking a Retail Assistant in the United Kingdom to welcome customers and guide their health and wellness purchases. You will help customers find products, make confident recommendations and keep the store looking its best.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability in a busy retail environment, and a proactive approach to learning about our health and wellness range. Training will be provided to support product knowledge and customer service excellence.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
