Holland & Barrett in Glasgow is hiring a part-time Retail Assistant (20 hours per week) to welcome customers, help them find the right wellness products and deliver outstanding service. You will learn through our Qualified to Advise training and work with a supportive team to maintain store standards and promotions.

Ideal candidates are passionate about health and wellness, have strong communication skills, and are comfortable using tablets and digital tools in a busy retail setting.

Responsabilidades

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Using a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, in store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
