Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Maidstone is seeking a Retail Assistant to welcome customers, help them find products for their wellness goals and provide friendly service.

You will stock shelves, support promotions, work with the team to achieve store goals and complete our Qualified to Advise training to build product knowledge.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
