Job summary

Holland & Barrett is hiring a Permanent Retail Assistant in the United Kingdom. You will play a key role in creating welcoming, inspiring experiences for every customer who walks through our doors, helping find the right wellness products and delivering exceptional service.

You'll learn through training, support, and opportunities to develop product knowledge, with responsibilities spanning stock upkeep, promotions, and collaborative teamwork in-store.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use aconsultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing ourQualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
