Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Ipswich is seeking a friendly Retail Assistant to welcome customers and help them find products that meet their wellness goals. You will support displays, maintain stock, and assist with promotions while delivering outstanding service.

Experience in retail is helpful, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important. The role is permanent and part-time (10 hours per week), with a pay rate of £13.17 per hour.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use aconsultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing ourQualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
