Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Maidstone is hiring a Retail Assistant for a permanent 10-hour-per-week role at £13.17 per hour. You will welcome customers, help them choose products for wellness goals, and keep shelves stocked while supporting promotional activity.

Training is provided to build product knowledge, enabling you to offer trusted guidance and a high-quality shopping experience for every customer.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
