Job summary

Holland & Barrett, located at Rams Walk in Petersfield, is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will welcome customers and help them find products for their wellness goals while delivering friendly, practical service in-store.

You will keep shelves stocked, support promotions, and collaborate with your team to create a positive shopping experience. Confidence using tablets and digital tools will help you understand customer needs and guide choices, including

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
