Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a Retail Assistant to welcome customers and help them choose the right wellness products, delivering friendly, high-quality service.

This permanent, part-time role offers 10 hours per week at £13.17 per hour, with training, store discounts, health and wellbeing benefits, and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing ourQualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.

Monday: 12pm - 5pm and Thursday: 9am - 2pm
