Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant in Kendal to welcome customers and guide them to suitable health and wellness products. You will participate in training to build product knowledge and deliver exceptional service, while contributing to a welcoming and well-presented store environment.

This role offers training, promotional support, and a range of wellbeing benefits. A friendly, proactive personality and willingness to learn are essential for success in a busy retail

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them find products for wellbeing goals.
• Recommend products and solutions with confidence while delivering great service.
• Keep shelves stocked and displays tidy to a high standard.
• Support promotions, maintain store presentation and operational standards.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand needs and recommend products in-store or online.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use aconsultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing ourQualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
