Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a Retail Assistant to welcome customers, guide product choices and maintain a high standard of store presentation. The role offers fully flexible hours with additional shifts possible up to 30 hours per week, and a permanent arrangement at 10 hours per week with a £14.26 hourly rate.

You'll be trained through our Qualified to Advise program and supported by a team devoted to helping customers lead healthier lives. Includes generous staff benefits and discounts.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
