Job summary

VPZ Newport is seeking a Retail Assistant/ECS (E-Cigarette Specialist) to join our expanding network of vape retailers.

You will deliver excellent customer care, handle cash, manage stock, and support the store team across five days per week, including weekends.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Retail Assistant to join our team in VPZ Newport. You will be expected to work 5 days out of 7, including weekends. Applicants must be 18 years old or older.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide excellent customer care & advice
• Cash Handling
• Ensure stock levels are maintained accurately
• Increase customer retention by delivering consistently high levels of customer service
• Assist the manager and wider team in the day-to-day running of the store

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £11.50-£12.00 per hour
