Job summary

TUI Cruises GmbH in Scarborough is offering an Apprentice Travel Advisor role within our Retail Team. You will gain valuable insights into travel and work toward a Level 3 Travel Consultant Apprenticeship, supported by a dedicated learning coach.

You’ll work varied shifts across weekends, bank holidays and evenings in busy stores, selling holidays, cruises, UK breaks and related products while developing destination expertise.

Our two-year Apprenticeship Scheme is structured to develop you in becoming a destination expert so that you can recommend and sell holidays, Cruise, UK Breaks and additional products. • You’ll be given time within your working week to complete practical and written assignments via your online learning platform and with the support of your manager and a dedicated learning coach you'll be guided through your apprenticeship with the aim to achieve a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification.

• Good knowledge of excellent customer service and a genuine passion to work within tourism

• Grade 9 – 4 GCSE or equivalent in both English and Maths
• Able to work a varied shift pattern each week in-line with shop opening and closing times.
