Job summary

TUI Cruises GmbH in Exeter is hiring an Apprentice Travel Advisor to join our Retail Team. You’ll gain hands-on experience selling holidays, cruises, UK breaks and related products while working towards a Level 3 Travel Consultant Apprenticeship.

You’ll enjoy a structured two-year scheme with training, support from a learning coach, and time to complete assignments online, while delivering outstanding customer service in a busy store environment.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths grade 9–4 or equivalent.
• Passion for tourism and customer service.
• Willing to work varied shifts including weekends.
• Commitment to completing Level 3 Travel Consultant apprenticeship.

Our two-year Apprenticeship Scheme is structured to develop you in becoming a destination expert so that you can recommend and sell holidays, Cruise, UK Breaks and additional products. • As technology advances so does TUI, you’ll receive support and training on a variety of systems empowering you to enhance your knowledge, skills and behaviours to confidently adapt your style to help answer questions whilst bringing memorable holidays to life for our customers
• You’ll be given time within your working week to complete practical and written assignments via your online learning platform and with the support of your manager and a dedicated learning coach you'll be guided through your apprenticeship with the aim to achieve a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification.

• Good knowledge of excellent customer service and a genuine passion to work within tourism

• Grade 9 – 4 GCSE or equivalent in both English and Maths
