Job summary

TUI in Scarborough is offering an Apprentice Travel Advisor role in our Retail Team, supporting you toward a Level 3 Travel Consultant Apprenticeship over two years. You’ll learn to recommend and sell holidays, cruises, UK breaks and more while keeping customers at the heart of our business.

You’ll work varied shifts including weekends and evenings at our busy store, with training on multiple systems and a dedicated coach guiding your apprenticeship toward a Level 3 qualification.

• Excellent customer service mindset and a genuine passion for tourism.
• Ambitious to achieve targets and to complete Level 3 Travel Consultant apprenticeship.
• Self-motivated, adaptable to feedback and positive when facing challenges.

Responsibilities

• Inspire customers and colleagues with your passion for travel.
• Aim to exceed sales targets in a busy retail environment.
• Engage face-to-face and virtually to resolve questions or complaints.
• Receive training on systems and online learning with a dedicated coach to complete the Level 3 apprenticeship.
• Complete practical and written assignments during your working week to achieve the Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification.

  • Grade 9 – 4 GCSE or equivalent in both English and Maths
