Job summary

TUI Group in Scarborough is recruiting an Apprentice Travel Advisor to join our Retail Team. You’ll gain valuable insight into travel and work towards a Level 3 Travel Consultant Apprenticeship, with support from a learning coach and manager throughout a two-year programme.

You’ll handle customer inquiries face-to-face and virtually, aiming to exceed sales targets. A varied shift pattern, including weekends and evenings, comes with comprehensive benefits and development opportunities.

Our two-year Apprenticeship Scheme is structured to develop you in becoming a destination expert so that you can recommend and sell holidays, Cruise, UK Breaks and additional products. • You’ll be given time within your working week to complete practical and written assignments via your online learning platform and with the support of your manager and a dedicated learning coach you'll be guided through your apprenticeship with the aim to achieve a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification.
